The Junior League of Albany thrives with the enthusiasm of new members. If you are interested in making a commitment to volunteering, then the Junior League of Albany is the
organization for you!
As part of an international organization of over 193,000 women, the Junior League of Albany serves a mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. We reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism. Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
As a member, you will have the opportunity to meet many dynamic women from the Capital Region, develop new friendships and discover more about yourself and your community. Each new member plays an important role in the future of the Junior League of Albany. Together, we will continue to make an impact in the Capital Region.
Upon joining the League, you will take part in our Provisional Training Course, which is offered in the fall of each League year. Please feel free to review our membership requirements, membership application, and general schedule to learn more about membership and the League.
